I have been recently bombarded with emails from a website (freelotto.com) claiming that I have won a million dollars. When I click the "click to win" box it directs me to a payment section of the website where my credit card details are required in order to release the winnings. What a lot of rubbish! So much for free lotto.

Usually it's a case of win it don't bin it, but in this case definitely bin it because you certainly won't win it, and you will probably be charged for it too! These scams which they are should be reported as spam and deleted! I bet you've never played on their site either. It's just getting your details and preying on innocent people!

There are so many scams on the internet anymore it is crazy~! I get so many junk/scam mail that I have started using my e-mail filter to get rid of them before they hit my mailbox.
I think the internet is a great playground for those that know how to scam people or fool people into giving up good money for trash.
We all have to be so careful these days. Good luck in steering clear of these fake e-mails!
