hi,im new here and im havin difficulty makin my paypal account work. because they have somethn like verification and addin bank account and i cant do it. can somebody help me pls..

ok,so i registered for a paypal account because i dont have egold here in canada. then i says there that i have to verify my account,there are two options,addin a bank account and verifyn which i have to add debit or credit card.. so how do i do it,i have no debit or credit card. and in addin bank account,my account here doesnt fit because of the transit and blah blah thing..

ok,so how do i get a debit card,do i need to apply in the bank before havin it..

account created in India cannot add bank account to their PayPal account,americans can.in india, The only option is to request a check but the minimum check you can withdraw is $150.00 USD. So I think it will be better to use the $18.00 USD that you have to purchase something.if you want to get verified using your debit card http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/697619.aspx
