Need your advices, i'm new to firefox?

I started using firefox very recently and its not same as internet explorer so i need all experienced firefox users to help me. I need your help friends to get familiar with firefox. So drop your suggestions,experiences and advices about using firefox.

I've been using firefox's latest version for quite a while now and i'm pretty happy with its performance. It loads web pages faster and as its promoted its more secure too. I love the tabs option in it.
I suggest you try it for a while and get familiar with it before you try new add-ons. Although its options are the same as IE, just the names of option are changed. Check that out in the help section of firefox and they'll list changed names with the originals from IE

Thanx for sharing your views, i'll check the firefox browser for help section too. It opened some pages that used to take long time in inetrnet explorer and i'm getting used to its tabs option and liking it too. But i'm looking to delete cookies that are stored, where to delete them from apart from the option in the browser.

Have a look at the extensions and add those that will suit your needs.
Also ... have you considered Opera? Also free now Opera is considered by most people to be the MOST secure of the 3 major browsers. It like Firefox can be run as an MDI application (just one entry on the taskbar for the application. Opera also includes an advanced pop-up blocker and now a scam site checker.

Not tried opera as yet but thanx for telling all about firefox and opera too. It seems you've tried both these browsers so can you name some good essential add-ons for firefox to enhance its features.
