Ground pork

We were given a lot of ground pork. I am looking for ideans on how to prepare it. I have made sloppy joes(very good). Fried it with eggs( very fullfilling). any ideas would be greatly appreaciated. Thank you.

I love ground pork. You can make meatballs, pork burgers... you can add finely chopped carrots, onions, water chestnut, garlic, season and wrap in egg roll wrappers thinly and deep fry... you can also sautee it with garlic and onions, add tiny cubes of potatoes and carrots, add tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper, add a little water to it. I hope you like these.

This also sounds like some new ideas. For instance in the egg rolls. This should get the creative juices flowing and the stomach from growling. thank you

probably anything you can make with ground beef you can make with ground pork. just to give you ideas. you can fry it up with some onions, corn, garlic and shoyu and put it over rice...that may taste kind of good.
you can make won-ton or lumpia just replace the meat part with the group pork. you can make a ground pork lasanga with it or spaghetti. a whole lot of things.
