what is moneybookers?

i came across type of payment via paypal,e-gold and moneybookers.and shameless to say,i've never known about moneybookers before.does anyone in here would please give me some information about what is moneybookers are actually and is it reliable?

moneybookers is a payment processor which mostly used in European countries if i am not mistaken. You can transfer your money using wire transfer either to or from your bank or using credit card. I have not used moneybooker yet but i saw in my account that there's a certain fee amount when you uploading your funds on your moneybookers account.
