Hi if you are not a good Web designer and you want to make a good Website, then try out this site: http://joomla.com it has a software , you just need to upload on ur Web hosting site & install it.

There are a lot of other free CMS(like joomla), you can find them on http://www.opensourcecms.com/ and you can even try them before downloading them.

Joomla is not only for people who dont know to design.. Many proffessional sites use it just because it's more comfortable and you need just to install it and understand how to use it..
