I enjoyed our dog as a pup but I have to say that I enjoy him a lot more now that he is older. No more accidents on the floor, no more of those sharp lil teethe that fall out and I always ended up stepping on, no more coming home to chewed up things that he knows now he can't touch. The only thing I miss about puppyhood is he was just so tiny but with huge feet.....now that was cute!

Puppies are cute but a pain in the rear to train. Dogs are good because they are almost always trained and are usually calm

well, puppies will one day grow up to be dogs, so I hope you like them both. I like them all, too. They both have qualities to love and some that aren't so pleasant. Puppies are cuddly and cute, but sometimes have problems with chewing and housebreaking and all that. Dogs are nicer in the area, when they're through with training. But then, sometimes they are not as playful or cuddly.
