snow in saudi?

First time in history; the temperature of Saudi Arabia in Hayal n Tabuk in minus degree.
And for the first time in history, KSA sees snow fall.
Normally known for temperature 45+ C in summer, one cannot possibly link "snow" and KSA in one sentence. However the amaxing thing happened.

There are many cases of extreem weather this year but I think this has them all beat. I am not familiar with Hayal n Tabuk but I am sure it is never cold. Until now.
