What all fishes will be good for my aquarium...

first get a tank of the size u like and conduct a fishless cycle for 2 weeks.. that is it shld have water.. plants(if u plan on putting em).. a purifier.. daily during that period drop in some fish food twice a day.. after the two weeks.. change 25-30% of the water.. and add a few guppies.. or gold fish first.. and then see how they cope.. if all is fine then after about a week start adding at 2 fishes a week.. note u can find detailed articles on this.. try ratemyfishtank[dot]com its a good site..

yah I have many fishes....At first I will suggest you keep a filter with ur aquarium. Aquarium requires a lot of maintainence. Nyway I think that your mom and sis will maintain it. if want to keep hardy fishes...keep Silver Sharks, Piranha etc. I like the Gold fishes most...specially double tails. You can also keep Angels, Dog fishes, Cat fishes. Don't keep Fighters.....these are dangerous. These fish will kill all the other fishes.
