My grandmother showed me everything about cooking. She used to have buisness parties for my grandfather and she taught me this recipe. I eat them by the dozen!!! 2-3 cans of water chestnuts, toothpicks, foil, bacon. The lowfat recipe I use turkey bacon. Take you'r bacon and slice them in long thin pieces. You need 3inches of bacon.Take one water chestnut and wrap the bacon around the chestnut. Put a toothpick in middle to hold the bacon.Put foil on the pan. Repeat process until the pan is full. Place in oven on 350. When the bacon is crisp and done pull them out. Now start eating!!!! These are so good. The turkey bacon actually taste better. Has anybody ever made these? lol

I've never made these, but my brother has. He used to serve it with a sweet and sour kind of dip. Do you eat yours with any kind of dip? I remember these being sooooo yummy!! Thanks for the idea!! :)
