The world today

Well there are just so many bad things I think in this world today. What bothers me the most is that so many people are hateful and rude. I can't stand it when you can't even look at a person any more without them giving you a dirty look and can't even smile back at you. Just because you don't know a person does'nt mean you have to be mean to them. I always try to smile at anyone who I make eye contact with when I'm in a store or anywhere for that matter but there are just so many people who will look back with the ugliest looks. But I will keep on smiling. It's the right thing to do.

Theres a lot of changes happening in the world today aside from the new technologies, what concerns me most is how the life of people revolves around money. PEople nowadays are becoming to materialistic and even risk their lives just earn large amount of money. As a result, people become greedy. The good values among children are also lost or diminishing. Children nowadays tends to disrespect their parents and parents as well do not become good role models to their children. I just hope that things will not worsten because if it does, everything will really be a mess.

The only thing that really bothers me is how high the greed level has become. I do understand that with the way the world works today we can't get by without money, but it all seems that now days some people are in competition to make the most and than when they do they flaunt it about. Which in my eyes is just letting greed take over their lives. Some people get so caught up in "the need" to make money that they entirely forget about their families and many families end up breaking up because of it, unless the members of said family aren't willing to get out of that situation. Also it's because of that greed that prices are shot through the roof. Be it grocery items, rent (for those who rent their homes), gas, and a whole lot of other services that use to be cheaper many years ago.
