Do you believe in life after death

Where do we go after death? Do we got to heaven or hell according to our deeds int his life, or do we take reincarnation in this world or some other world? Or do we go back to God? Or is it just ended like that, only one life and no more, nothing after death. That would be pretty sad. There is no point of living if there is nothing after death.
