History may be made next year if a black or a woman becomes the President of the U.S. Do you think any of these can happen? If yes; will there be any significant change in the running of the government?

Actually, it's still early to tell. As of the moment Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are the front runners of the Democrat Party. On the Republican side we have John Mc Cain and Rudy Guliani are the front runners. we don't know yet who will actually get the party nomination and heads up in the election. Lot of things can happen from now to November 2008 to surprise us and offset the equation as it happen in 2006 election which gave the Democrat Party the major party in both houses of the congress. Let's see who is the winner this time.
