Are frozen vegetables have some nutrition as the fresh ones?

I have been eating a lot of frozen vegetables lately since I don't want to wash or chop them. Are frozen vegetables as good for you as the fresh ones or I am missing some nutritions?

I read some where (I can't remember where) that they are just as good as fresh. They freeze them fresh so they don't lose nutrients.
