Omar Al-Bashir of Sudan, Age 63, has been in power since 1989 is ranked as the #1 dictator in the world.
He is considered the worst dictator because of his on-going deadly human-rights abuses in the Darfur region of Sudan.
Over the last four years, at least 200,000 people there have been killed by pro-Bashir forces.
Nationwide, 5.3 million have been driven from their homes, and more than 700,000 have fled the country.
What do you think motivates a person to behave in this fashion?
And what do you think the rest of the world should do about it?
Or should we just do nothing because it's the peoples destiny in the end?

what about Edi Amin or Pappa Duck ( former Dominican Republic leader)
Or most of all .. Adolph Hitler. Al-Bashir is up there with the worst but has yet to contend with Hitler and benito Mussolini.

Edi Amin, Pappa Doc, and Adolph Hitler were some of the worst. However, they are no longer around.
The problem I have with Al-Bashir is that he is comitting crimes against humanity right now.
What he is doing to the people of Darfur is nothing less than genocide.
He needs to be stopped right now.
