well, if you just want to buy a domain, there are a lot out there you can chose from. depending on what kind of website you're planning to run an everything. some good places are www.godaddy.com they always have some good deals and stuff. you can also check out these places. they offer free sites and also paid ones as well with more bandwith and features www.bravenet.com www.geocities.com www.lycos.com ...and there are probably a lot of others. if you look up Web Hosting online you'll proably find a lot. its good to look around a bit. ...as to managing the site, you would need a good deal of CSS/Java/Java Script/Flash coding knowledge. unless you plan on paying someone else to edit the site together.
