Hm... I think you tu be must have a rule. So they can choice which video can publish or not. Because if the video which have a lisence and we publish ilegal, that's same with piracy.

Considering the youtube guys just made a crap lad of money selling out and all of that I very much doubt that the site is going to "go down"..some corporation has plans for it...meanwhile MYSPACE actually has film and video just like youtube on its site now and they also have liscensing to show FOX television shows there
