I bought a Kirby a couple of years ago and love it. Is there anyone out there that knows in complete direction how to use the shampoo. I have tried it two ways. 1. I put the bubbles on the carpet like a foam and let it sit for a couple of minutes and then ran the machine over the bubbles to clean them up....it looked clean to me?... 2. I put the bubbles down and did nothing to the bubbles until they dissolved and dried, then I just vacuumed. The shampoo instructions are not clear to me on what to do. Both ways the carpet came clean, but I do not know if I am doing it right. Any advice????
