How does a Windows guy learn to use a MAC? Teach me lol!!

Well I have heard IMACS are really good and my cousin just bought a Imac laptop. Can someone tell me the main differences and basics... Also I hear that with a MAC you cant get viruses Trojan worms or anything bad that would mess up your I MAC
