Smith dead and 3 men say they are the father of her child!

WOAH wait...now there's 3 guys??? last i heard there was only 2, who's the 3rd?? anyway, i think at least one is probably the father, but if not then there's going to be some issues. right now, the welfare of the baby is at stake and someone needs to take care of the baby. i'm sure the money has a lot to do with it, but IF she wins the estate, then the judge should so something like they guardians aren't able to touch the money until the child turns 18 or something like that.
