now that is cute! ive never ever known a child to do that if there parents say about starving kids in another country! when i stayed and had my dinner in my grandad's when i wasted some of it he always said to me, eat it all up, don't throw it away, just think of all them people starving in africa, i did think it was cruel and i soon cleared the plate..hehe! :O)

Yeah, it is really cute. No one can predict a child's reactions to whatever people say. They're all very original reactions. Such reactions usually make us smile or reel in laughter. It will always be better to talk honestly to the child why he has to do something we tell him. Like the true reason why he had to take his peas. If he were told that his body needs the nutrients he'd get from his peas for his growing up, and he really doesn't want to eat the peas, I can just imagine what he'd do. You've got quite a smart brother over there.

That is really cute and shows that he was thinking also . You never know what will come out of a child's mouth and they are always there to give you a good laugh . They are so much like a sponge and will pick on so much that we say and do in our lives that it sometimes amazes us where they come up with things .
