It is too bad about Anna Nicole Smith's untimely death and that she has left a 5 month old daughter. What amazes me that because of the potential $$ millions that are at stake others beyond Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead have stepped forward to claim they are the father.
At this point I need to step forward and make the claim that I can attest that I am NOT the father!!!

I think that this goes beyond the money, all the potential fathers are quite wealthy anyway. I think that they are staking their claims as the child should be with it's real parent if at all possible. This child now has no one left in the world except her father, and she should be given the opportunity to know who he is. I think the number of potential fathers says more about Anna Nicole than it does them.

Thanks for the response and in all honesty I for one hope you are right. The only skeptical thought I have is that those who are wealthy & most any one wealthy or not strive to get more. So hopefully with the DNA testing the true father of the baby will be found out. The sad part is that this will probably drag out in the courts.

A applaud your honesty! I predict that by the time Smith's autopsy results are released in a few weeks, there will be about 27 million men claiming to be the father of that very wealthy little baby.
I'm not ready to make a pronouncement one way or the other yet.
