Ever used the consumer action group 4 reclaiming money back from overdraft charg

Hi Everyone, A friend of mine recently told me about a company who force banks to refund you all the charges they have charged you for being overdrawn. I just wanted to know if anybody here has ever used them and if its a reliable company. Note that keen on passing on my bank details to unknown companies. If anybody could give me any reassurances it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
