Help against snoring...

My girlfriend told me that I sometimes snore while I'm sleeping and that she can't fall asleep then. I need help to do something against that because I don't want her to get crazy because of that, please tell me something that helps against snoring.

Snoring has something to do with the wind pipe of the body, the only remedy is try sleeping after your girlfriend goes to sleep.Till date I have not heard any cure of snoring.

well that would be a problem because I need to get up early and she doesn't and can't sleep so soon as I'm forced to so she will always go to bed after me. I hope I'll find somehow a way and if I'll share it here but until then I hope she can get through this.

My dad had the same problem... The doctor recommended him to sleep on a side, and to lean the bed by putting a couple of bricks under it. Make sure your head is in the upper side.

thanks I'll try this out even if it would be hard to get that heavy bed up abit for the bricks...
