My first experience

Check out all the rules and just answer any discussion you have some knowledge about and you will do fine . Find some interests you like and start some discussions in them ..its all pretty basic... just remember to never copy and paste someone else's response...thats the biggest no no here... have fun and good luck ...

As long as you don't post one word answers, answers that aren't relevant to the topic, answer with 'don't know' or use abusive language you will be welcomed here. Hope that helps you know what not to do. Post interesting questions and try to give detailed answers.

Welcome to you gjrasole! Like ae3veryone else has said, read the rules and guidelines well and you can't go wrong. The people here are mostly really friendly and don't mind mistakes. We all made them at some time. Good luck and keep posting interesting discussions and answering people to gain points and dollars...
