I read this author that says inmigration if it keeps at the same rate as today is going to slowly destroy american culture because these inmigrants don´t assimilate, don´t want to learn english, bring their food and culture, habits, their kids don´t speak english and like to interact with natives in many cases, and so on.Well I must say that I don´t agree with him because these in migrants bring their hard work and work for little money in many cases, get jobs that american don´t want, they do learn english but probably not as fast as they wold like, well what do you think? they are good oor not?

No, I don't agree. The U.S. was built by immigrants, and it continues to grow because people from all over the world who want to succeed move to the U.S. to make their lives here. Some don't want to learn the language or assimilate, but overall I think the country benefits from having ideas and input from all over the world.

Approximately 100,000 people migrate to USA and equal number of more travel to USA for studies and invariably they get a job there and settle in USA. Most of them are highly qualified with good knowledge of English. In Inida from Standard IV or from Standard VIII one can choose English medium and all city dwellers start from Kindergarten, the study of English. So there fore your view that people who migrate to US cannot speak english does not hold good in totality. May be people from China, African countries, other underdeveloped countries may not be able to speak english. But then What for the immigration rule which says one should pass TOFFEL and GRE?
