Sploosh! Oh dear, my handphone had just taken a dive from my soapy hand right into the tub this morning! There goes my 800 bucks!Very quickly, I grabbed the hair-dryer and blew at it frantically! Wow! it works! By afternoon, my handphone reception was restored as if there had been no wet incident before! All funstions returned to NORMAL!
So, guys, this is a good and tested method of reviving your handphones if they have taken a dive. I have friedds telling me some weird methods of revival that works, like baking your wet handphone in the oven! Perhaps you have some other better methods that you would like to share with our friends here in myLot? We will be grateful!

I ruined an expensive cellphone a few months ago when it fell into the dishwater. Are you talking about a cell phone or a cordless handset? The blow-dryer is a great idea; I never thought of it. I called the wireless store when it happened and they told me to leave the battery out and the phone open for 48 hours and then try to charge it up and turn it on. Of course it was ruined. At least it was covered by insurance and only cost $50 to replace. I would try the blow-dryer if it happened again. I don't think I would try the oven- it seems as if it would melt. I'm glad you lucked out and the phone is working normally!
