Do you believe in love affairs?

I do. But it should be a true love. Whats your opinion regarding this? Do you have an affair?

If you are talking about an affair outside of a marriage, I definitely do not agree with them. If you are married you are only supposed to be with that person, so there should be no need for anyone else. If you want to be with someone else, you ought to get a divorce (or better yet, work on things with your wife before making impulsive decisions like having an affair.)
