Baking on the Foreman Next Grilleration?

We got one for our wedding and use it all of the time. Normally I use it just to grill or to make waffles. I know that the product has the baking plate and I have made baked chicken it in (came out excellent, only took 4 minutes!). Has anyone made dessert or pizza in it? If so, how did it come out? Was it your recipe or one out of the book?

I have never made dessert or pizza in my Foreman. I do love using my Foreman though...its so easy!

I dont.....I just have the small one. My parents have the one with the removable plates. When I first bought mine, I wasnt sure if I would use it....I was totally wrong.
