Direct 3D not available...

You may reinstalling again your direcx, may be it will better if you install the newest directx, so your system will be uptodate eventhough your hardware still can't use all the the directx power, or maybe your vga card unsupport direct 3D ? is it old enough vga card, you should describe it here also.

Make sure that you have latest version of DirectX. Current for Windows XP is DirectX 9c. There is a button under Display tab in dxdiag to test Direct 3D. Have u tried it? You can test if Direct 3D is working and if it is working, it means there is some problem with the game or some other compatibility problem exists. You should also make sure that you have the latest display card drivers. By the way, let me tell you, if you have a old display card, newest games cannot be run on them.

try to upgrade your direct X version to the new one. maybe your video card not support direct x

i think you need to install your video driver again and after this install directX.

plz install direck x new version you can clear the problem
