Hi. Yes this feature was made available to Orkut users some time back. It is quite good that you can load your favourite videos and share them with your friends. But there are some drawbacks also. If personal videos are uploaded, they can be misused by some elements. Ya it surely is a good feature if the orkut community keeps it under control. Good Luck.
