Neverwinter Nights: Is it safe for kids younger than 14 to play?

My friend has a child aged 11 who wishes to play online with other kids aged 15 and up. Is this a place they can play (RPG) and have fun without danger? Is this game too violent? Do you play? If so, what servers to you tend to play at? Are they safe for younger minds?

The game is perfectly fine, if you don't want your child to see any blood(doesn't look that great considering it's several years old) you can change the settings in game to none. Also, the nwn servers have a swear filter and your child should choose a PW, or PvP that isn't an adult-oriented one. I can list several if you wish.
