Should Mylot add a function that we can edit our posts?

I know that we cannot edit our own post in Mylot.
It is not convenient for us, as we are human beings! We always have a chance to make mistakes, right?
So, I really hope that Mylot can add this function in the near future, so that we can correct our mistakes from our posts.
What do others think? Should Mylot add this function for us? Why or Why not?

I think mylot should add this function for everybody!Because as you say people made mistakes and we need to correct. So by adding a edit function, they can solve this problem and help us to correct out discussions! The forum will be more perfect! Right?

Yes, you are right.
To make this forum more perfect, I hope that Mylot can really add this function in the near future.
Thank you for your response, adrianngan.

That would definitely help out a lot of people with typing mistakes. Sometimes, the preview feature is just not enough. Some people don't use the preview and that is what makes the edit feature much more needed than that. It would help those who made a mistake because they weren't thinking or they weren't paying attention to the screen. Good suggestion, it would really help people with their posting. MyLot might not make it because of the preview response feature, though.

Yes, I agree that the preview function is not enough for us. It would be much better if Mylot can add the edit function, so that most of us can correct our own mistakes.

Oh, yes, and of course the delete function, for deleting our own incorrect posts. It would be much better for mylot to add these 2 functions.

Yes, I really do think mylot should add a post editor here are my reasons why. I think mylot should add a post editor because since we only are human beings we will all make mistakes no one is perfect. What i mean by this is someone may not have looked at their post when they typed and didn't see that they made many mistakes as in puncuation and spelling I think we should beable to edit this so there would be less confusion. Also another idea of my own I think mylot should add is a spell check program. I think mylot chould add a spell check because what if someone here doesn't speak english well. I know there is many people like this here. They could run the spell check and make sure everything is correct so they don't need ot go back themselves and look. This can alos be used by normal users so if they have typed a really long post they can go back and check too. So both of these ideas would be worth adding in I think.

Yeah I think it would help some of us who are keen to correct our speeling mistakes or even adding a spell check would be nice too.
I also would like to see the opportunity to delete posts as well it would hopefully minumise clutter of some discussions...

Yeah this functionality is very much required in mylot. It is very irritating that we are unable to edit the post once we submit it.

Yes. MyLot should consider this one. Just like in other blog site that someone can edit their own post, can delete thread they started and even can delete comment that they don't want.

I would like that feature...as you stated we are human and do make mistakes..sometimes we try to edit and think we have it right only to find that somehow we changed an entire sentence and the thought no longer is expressed well...Yes..I vote for that feature..Thanks for asking..Maybe the powers that be will work on that...
