How the cash out the money

Hi every one , i got my first payment of 12$.Thanks mylot and the frinds for that .But now how to cash out the money from paypal.is i ask for a check or transfer i will have to give away directly 5$ to paypal as i am from India and not a US citizen ,also until i have $150 in mu account i cant ask for apayout can any1 healp me how to do that.Means i want to knaow can i purchse goods with the money that i have directly with paypal.I dont want the money to be credited in my account just want that i can purchse some goods with that money from a site which accepts papla payment is there any possible way of payment, please some one help me out..

Yes, you can shop at 5 million online stores worldwide through paypal. But as you are in India, I will advice you to shop with ebay.in or buy shoes at bigshoebazaar.com because these are the only sites in India that I know accepts paypal. I shopped for woodland shoes at bigshoebazaar.com and it cost me only 20$ after all transactions. Great, hai na, kyunki woh sale par tha.

hai thanks for you responce but i have got a credit card attached to my paypal account so until now wahtever i pucased from paypal all the money was deducted from my credit card. now i have some balance in my paypal account so how will i purchase with that amount in my paypal account please someone help me i dont want the money to be deducted from my cc but to be deducted from the money i have in paypal.. thanks in advance

you can use what funds you already have in your paypal account if wish you too!! You purchase almost anything with it if you want !!
