How's the weather?

Over here in sunny Sacramento it is not so sunny anymore. It has been raining constantly on and off this past week. Last night and today was by far the worst. The Sacramento river starting to rise, and small floods starting to appear in the streets. I guess this is good news right? More snow in Lake Tahoe. It's so hard to get up out of bed and leave the apartment because of the gloomy and wet days. So just wondering how the weather is where you guys are from. Thanks!
