Anybody in here can give me advice or suggestions to have a pc for gaming and 3d modeling.. their specific details of specification please...

go for intel core 2 extreme edition processor and with atleast 1 gb ram and a 256 mb midrange graphics card would do well.
if u want to render very high detailed scenes, go for 2 gb ram.
i would suggest ram with speeds of around 533 mhz or more.
