This city must be in philippines right? I am a Naga ( Group of people from Nagaland/Nagalim www.naganation.com www.poumai.com). I have heard about the naga city in philippines and I have made so many friends online too. But visiting the place myself would be in my dream or it will take another dozen of years.

Naga City Philippines. The heart of Bicol Region. It is really a beutiful palce to visit especially during the Penafrancia Fiesta in September were thousand of devotees visit during this festivities. Naga's landscape has changed a lot. I remember when I was there so many years ago, the only establishments/services that were open 24 hrs. a day are the hosoitals, police station and fire department. Lot of things changed since then. Naga City is the center of commerce in the Bicol region, from fastfood chains to financial institutions to agri-industry to malls has flooded the city. The only thing I observed that is missing is the angelus at 6pm where people pause for few seconds when the bell from churches goes off for that angelus prayer. We practiced that in the 60's to late 70's.

Wow you went there I am from that place. Well I just went there last December and the place really is growing already. I heard that SM is already planning to setup their mall there but it is still under construction.

Maybe you should go back there. I'm sure there's a lot of improvement happened. Maybe the there's another mall built with 2 floors. hehehe

2002, i bet many things have already happened there. are you married to a bicolano? i hope you get to practice whatever you learned there in bicol. when are you planning to get back? i studied in naga city.
