Yes I think you can get all of these things, but it's not necessarily easy to achieve. Like most things in life, it's all about getting the balance just right and it will all vary from one person to another. Success to one person may be to have a dream career with loads of money, but to someone else it may be to start a family share the love. So I think yes, you can have these things. Have I got them at the moment - no.
