How to create a ScreenSaver?? / myLot

I only know hot to make a GIF file using Macromedia Flash but I really do need to install it ,so I can use it, so if any one know how to convert a gif file to .exe or .scr extensions....or any other way to design a new screensaver?

well see i dont know any other method to create screen savers other then by using tools or softwares ! using tools and softwares for making the screen savers is much easy and fast ! you will get many tools and softwares to do the same ! just make a search once and go with the ligth and small size software !
