children don't eat everything

I saw a tv programme about this subject a few weeks ago where the one child would not eat veg. broccolli was one in particular, so the programme makers did an experiment with peer pressure. They used some well known child actors to attend his school & say they liked all veg. & one said particularly broccolli. His mother was quite surprised to find him eating broccolli a few days later. Another experiment was to give the child the veg. or wharever was not liked in very small proportions everyday for 10 days, this then helped the child to get a 'taste' for the food more. A very interesting programme. Of course another way is reward, if you eat x I will let you have y this was one I used with my children which worked quite well.

give it to them some delicious foods that contain vegetables. little by little they will appreciate eating vegetables. Tell it to them that vegetables is good for their health specially to their skin and to their body. Soon they will love it.
