stress in job?

The tremendous requirements of the jobs, any job today, are forcing individuals to feel some or other kind of stress. What do you think?

Sometimes I feel I am underpaid. With all the hard work in a job. Doing the work of more than one person. Sometimes the employer take advantage of your skills even it is not part of your job.
