Here are some simple tips for the weight watchers' club. You don't need to slug it out in a gym four times a week, nor do you need to go on crash diets. Note that everytime we get a strange feeling that we'd like something to eat.. it's actually the body accessing the fat stores. Instead of eating something at that time... dring water or eat fruits... that decreases your fat content. And also eat proteinaceous and fibrous foods instead of cake, pastry etc. Avoid pop and soda like the plague. They are equivalent to 12 full spoons of sugar. Walk at least 3-10k steps a day and eat healthily. Diets lead to undernutrition. Does anybody else here have any suggestions/do' and dont's? Please feel free to share your views.

Ohhhhh.... great.... heh... everyone here wants to gain weight.. you're not alone there either. I was chubby until my 10th.. then my growth accelerated and I'm now grossly underweight. Not too grossly.. get it... that's a paradox. :P. Wellllll. for a girl... I have no idea how to help you gain weight :D... but I'll make sure you're the first to know when I find out. :P

If u have a fast metabolism... the fat may be burnt fast... but if you put in muscle where that fat is... It can't be burnt. Work out to gain weight.. or you have another option... have breakfast, lunch and dinner at mickey dee's for a month... u'll definitely gain about 20-25 kilos. (I saw it in a documentary... a guy actually did that. LoL)

You definitely need to count calories in order to lose weight. People tend to overestimate their physical activity and underestimate their calories. Don’t rely on eyeballing your caloric intake or trying to estimate it. Instead, every day write down what you eat, the corresponding calories, and your physical activity. To make it easier for you to quantify your physical activity, wear a pedometer. Do this every day. Don’t do it just once or twice a week. Consistency is important for dieting. Sure, this isn’t easy. But if you want to lose weight, this is important to do on a daily basis.

Yeah I forgot to mention that the body lowers metabolism when you eat lesser. Thanks. Ironic isn't it... work out to lose weight and work out to gain it. Only do non-body building workouts like running, skipping to lose w8 and To gain... do body builder xercises.

That's very simple.... All you have to do is to eat rotienaceous food, and build up your muscle. Trust me... you don't want to gain weight with fat. It's better to have muscle there.
