how do u deal with anxiety?

One has to just be calm howsoever the mind does tricks. One may feel any number of symptoms during anxiety. They soon pass away. If one agitate and panic the anxiety becomes more severe.One has to accept the situation, let go and wait till it passes away. The best thing you should do when you have anxiety attack is to
1) Take a Deep Breath and repeat several times
2) Drink a cup of water
3) affirm that you are ok and you will be ok
4) Just relax and dont respond to the attacks, just watch them like clouds passing by in the sky and ignore.
