Advantage/Disadvantage in working at a Call Center?

i've worked for different call centers before and i should say that the main advantage of working in a call center is that you get a bigger paycheck than any entry-level position in other industries. another advantage would be the communication skills training..you get to speak with different kinds of people so you develop your interpersonal skills. one disadvantage that i did experience was not getting enough of sleep because of your shift. my health was affected because of that.
