do you take drugs ,how is it?

few days before i took drugs ..i mixed it with tobacco and smoked it...after an hour i found my body was dehydrating and getting red hot ...my toung and throat dried down ,i cant feel any thing and i thought i would die ...finally after 5 hours i was ok but still had that impact ...but the whole i coudnt find the taste of any food.... if drug is going above our limit what should i do to bring it down
