Is there any website that scan computer to see what hardware capabilities it has

i know a software which checks the hardware configuration and rates your computer accordingly. i may be wrong about the spelling but the name is like sisoft sandra which is a system checker. it checks your hardware profile and then rates your computer. it also checks for graphic card and the fps and all those stuffs. and i think it is a very good software as i use to see rating of that software in digit magazine and that was how they they use to sometimes benchmark the computers. and so you can also use it
