try to give responses to discussion of more than 4 lines ;) , try give a good answer, always rate the people who answer to your discussions and if you can , give them a reply with a comment of yours regarding your discussion, also i know that if you have a big rank you are payed better and you are payed better when your responses are selected as best responses !
