What color do you prefer for a Gibson Les Paul? I've always liked the Cherry Sunburst color, this is a classic color for Gibson Les Paul (think about Slash mmmmmmhhhh) but recently I could appreciate a lot the Gold-top: that color is great!
What's your idea?

It is a popular guitar. I know Randy Rhoads used it, & I believe the other guitarists that played for Ozzy used that guitar model also. Glenn Tipton of Judas Priest & Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin both use a black one. So did Tom Keifer of Cinderella, as well as Per Gessle of Roxette. I think the colors you described is what Aldo Nova used.
From my own experience of being used to a Gibson Flying Vee & a Fender Stratocaster, the neck is slightly wider, & I find myself having to occasionally keep an eye on my hands to make surre I am using the right strings. Color-wise, I prefer all black.
