Your Favorite Grey's Anatomy Episode

i love the bomb scene,also the one where she has to pause for a long time looking to mcdreamy then to thevet.i also love it when mcdreamy and meredith had their moments together. most ofall , i love the part when she said "pick me.choose me .love me!"

i like the episode when all the nurses are on strike.. and george is on strike too, it is so sweet! but i also like the bomb scene..

My favorite episode was season 2 Damage Case. I think it was right before the 3 part season finale. It was the episode where the intern from another hospital hit a southern family with his car. This was the first episode where I really fell for Alex.

The season 2 finale has got to be my favorite episode as well! I've watched it several times already, but that scene where Alex carries Izzy from the hospital bed onwards and when Snow Patrol's Chasing Cars starts playing still sends shivers up my spine every single time. That actually has to be one of my favorite scenes ever from the show.

Id have to say that my fav was when the guy had a bomb inside of him and meridith put her hand on it and let the nurse go.
