What are your favorite chicken dishes?

I love General Tsao's Chicken and Sesame Chicken. Chicken wings can be good as well, depending on who makes them. BBQ chicken, fried, baked depending on how it's baked, what can I say I like most chicken. I love chicken with cheese on it. That can be very good and depending on the cheese used it gives a very different flavor to the meet.
